{365} Little Weather Man

Aidan is destined to be a weather man.  This summer when we had record draught and it rarely rained, he predicted rain 4 different occassions when it wasn't in the forecast.  Today snow was in the forecast for this evening, but he had not seen it and we had not talked about it.  His new boots came in the mail and he was trying them on.  Here's our mini conversation:

Aidan:  "I love them.  They're not too small Mom-mom.  They're just different."
Me:  "Do you like them?"
Aidan:  "Yes."  (Aidan runs to the window)  "I just wait to see the snow fall down from the sky again."
Me:  "Buddy, I don't know when it's going to snow again.  Sorry."
Aidan:  "You take a nap, you wake up, and the snow fall down.  I love to build another snowman!"

About 30 minutes later Aidan was off to take a nap and cried because I wouldn't let him wear his new boots to bed.  About 20 minutes into his nap....the snow started to fall.
